- You are at least 18 years old
- You are authorized to represent and bind the business entity you are applying on behalf of
- You operate as a legitimate registered business — Sole Trader, LLC, Ltd, Partnership, Corporation, or equivalent
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Your business activity complies with all applicable laws in your country of operation

The application is structured into four guided phases. Have the following ready before you start so you can complete it in a single session.
Authorized Representative
- Business email address (business domain preferred)
- Full name of the authorized representative
- Position within the company (Owner, Director, Purchasing Manager, etc.)
- Phone number (used strictly for logistics & account security)
Why It Matters — Account Accountability
The authorized representative is the single point of accountability for your partner account. Every detail in your application — business records, banking, address, identity — is tied back to this one person.
For that reason, the full name supplied here is locked to the account and must match every single document uploaded in Phase 4 (ID, selfie, voided cheque, bank statement, utility bill, and business registration). Mismatches between the representative name and the uploaded documents are the most common reason applications are returned for clarification or denied.
Please make sure the person you list here is genuinely authorized to represent and bind your business — and that all subsequent documents are issued in their name.

All documents must be less than 3 months old where applicable. Documents in languages other than English must be accompanied by a certified translation. Every name on every document must match the Authorized Representative provided in Phase 1.

How Your Documents Are Handled
Uploaded files are encrypted in transit and stored in access-controlled storage used strictly for compliance review. Documents are never shared with suppliers, marketing partners, or any third party outside the verification process.

Can I apply by email instead?

No. Application review is completely free.
How long does review take?
Standard timeline is 24–48 business hours from the moment a complete application is submitted.
Do I need an established business?
Yes — we require a legitimate registered business entity (Sole Trader, LLC, Ltd, Partnership, Corporation, or equivalent).
Can I apply if I'm just starting out?
Yes. Newly registered businesses are welcome — you just need proper registration and the documents listed in Phase 4.
Do I need a physical store?
No. We partner with online-only retailers, brick-and-mortar stores, social commerce operators, and hybrid businesses.
What if I don't have a resale certificate?
Tax / resale certificates are optional and only required where applicable in your jurisdiction. You can still apply without one.
What if the documents are not in the representative's name?
Every document in Phase 4 must match the Authorized Representative provided in Phase 1. Mismatches are the most common reason for application delays — please verify before uploading.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No minimum for established partners. New accounts may have a small starting minimum during the initial onboarding period.
What happens if my application is incomplete?
We'll email a single, specific request explaining what's needed. You'll have 48 hours to respond before your file is closed and you'd need to reapply.
Can I start ordering immediately after approval?
Yes. Portal access is granted immediately upon approval — you can begin placing orders the same day.
