Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order with Elite Supplies Inc ("we", "our", "us"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all dropship customers. Elite Supplies Inc operates exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) dropship supplier. We do not sell directly to end consumers.
Dropship Accounts
To place orders, you must apply for and be approved for a dropship account. By applying, you represent that:
- You are a registered business operating in Australia or another approved jurisdiction
- You hold a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) if applicable
- You intend to resell products in the ordinary course of business
- All information provided during account registration is accurate and current
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion, including for misuse or violation of these terms.
Orders & Pricing
All prices displayed on our catalogue are dropship prices (ex-GST) unless otherwise stated. GST will be added at checkout where applicable.
- Prices are subject to change without notice due to supplier fluctuations and currency movements
- An order is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders in the event of pricing errors
- Minimum order quantities may apply to certain product lines
- Product availability is subject to stock on hand and supplier availability
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Payment is required in full prior to dispatch
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (EFT) and approved credit terms for eligible accounts
- Credit terms (e.g. net 14 or net 30) are available to approved accounts only and may be revoked at any time
- Overdue accounts may incur interest charges and collection costs
- We accept payment in Australian Dollars (AUD) only
Delivery

- Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed
- We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control
Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. We accept returns only for faulty or incorrectly supplied items. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the value of the order giving rise to the claim
- Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
Changes to These Terms
