We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 1–2 business days of receiving cleared payment. During peak periods (e.g. new release weeks, end-of-year sales) dispatch times may extend to 3–4 business days. We will notify you if there is a delay affecting your order.


Carriers

We use a range of freight partners to deliver your order safely and on time:

  • Australia Post — standard and express parcel services
  • Sendle — metropolitan and regional parcel delivery
  • StarTrack / TNT — bulky or high-volume orders
  • Direct courier — for Melbourne metro urgent orders (arranged on request)

The carrier used depends on your location, order size, and selected shipping method at checkout. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.


Tracking

All shipments include tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your parcel in real time.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order being confirmed, please contact us.


Domestic Delivery

We deliver to all states and territories in Australia. Estimated transit times after dispatch:

  • Melbourne metro: 1–2 business days
  • Victoria regional: 2–4 business days
  • NSW / ACT / SA / QLD: 3–6 business days
  • WA / NT / TAS: 5–10 business days

These are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.


International Shipping

We currently service wholesale customers in Australia, New Zealand, and select Pacific Island nations. International orders are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

For international enquiries, please contact us directly before placing an order. Additional import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.


Local Pick-Up

Pick-up is available from both our locations — no shipping charge applies for pick-up orders.

  • Clayton South Warehouse: 10-12 Eileen Rd, Clayton South VIC 3169
  • Brunswick Showroom: 261 Sydney Rd, Brunswick VIC 3056

Pick-up hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM AEST. Please arrange a time with us before attending. Orders must be fully paid before pick-up.


Loss & Damage in Transit

Risk of loss transfers to you upon dispatch. However, we will assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit.

  • Inspect all deliveries upon arrival before signing
  • Report any visible transit damage to us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs
  • For lost parcels, please allow the carrier's trace period (typically 5–10 business days) before we can escalate

We recommend that all orders over $500 are sent with signature-on-delivery. This can be requested at checkout or by contacting us.
