Track your parcelShipping Fees
Our shipping fee structure is simple and transparent — no surprises at checkout:
- Orders under $250 (subtotal): A flat $14 USD shipping fee applies, regardless of destination, weight, or number of items.
- Orders $250 or more (subtotal): Shipping is free worldwide — we cover the freight to your door.
The threshold is based on your order subtotal (the sum of all line items before tax). Shipping is shown as a separate line on your invoice so you always know exactly what you are paying for.
Note: International orders may still incur destination-country import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees — see International Shipping below. These are not part of our $14 flat fee.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 1–2 business days of receiving cleared payment. During peak periods (e.g. new release weeks, end-of-year sales) dispatch times may extend to 3–4 business days. We will notify you if there is a delay affecting your order.
Carriers
We use a range of freight partners to deliver your order safely and on time:
- Australia Post — standard and express parcel services
- Sendle — metropolitan and regional parcel delivery
- StarTrack / TNT — bulky or high-volume orders
- Direct courier — for Melbourne metro urgent orders (arranged on request)
The carrier used depends on your location, order size, and selected shipping method at checkout. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.
Tracking
All shipments include tracking. Every confirmed order is assigned a tracking number, which we update directly in your retailer portal — we don't send tracking or confirmation emails, so there's nothing to wait on in your inbox.
Each tracking number's full timeline can be viewed live on 33Tracking, our global tracking partner — the first platform of its kind where every shipment becomes visible the moment we ship. Follow any confirmed order worldwide, from dispatch right through to delivery, all in one place.

Domestic Delivery
We deliver to all states and territories in Australia. Estimated transit times after dispatch:
- Melbourne metro: 1–2 business days
- Victoria regional: 2–4 business days
- NSW / ACT / SA / QLD: 3–6 business days
- WA / NT / TAS: 5–10 business days
These are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.

International Shipping
Elite Supplies Inc operates across four continents and ships internationally to approved wholesale partners. Our flat-rate pricing applies worldwide — $14 USD on orders under $250, free on orders $250 and above. Available carriers and transit times depend on destination and order profile, and are confirmed at order time through the portal.
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. We will provide the commercial invoice and any documentation required by your local customs authority.
Loss & Damage in Transit
Risk of loss transfers to you upon dispatch. However, we will assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit.
- Inspect all deliveries upon arrival before signing
- Report any visible transit damage to us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs
- For lost parcels, please allow the carrier's trace period (typically 5–10 business days) before we can escalate
We recommend that all orders over $500 are sent with signature-on-delivery. This can be requested at checkout or by contacting us.
